"Provided" is the Key Word in this Instance

Can you name change an airline ticket on Air Tran? Well, yes and no. I always tell people that they can "transfer the unused funds", but what they hear is that it doesn't cost them anything more, even when I specifically say "you can transfer the funds to whomever you want to travel on those funds, PROVIDED there is space available at the same price and you need to pay a cancellation fee of 50.00 on the original ticket". Just love those positive thinkers. Maybe I need to learn how to word that differently. Something to ponder.
