Was it not bad enough

when the airlines cut our commissions to zero and now they're making us and the general public as well, deal with third world countries, who can't even speak English. I ask a SIMPLE question and it takes FOREVER!! This is ludacris!! We need to save America from this corporate outsourcing. It's not only the airlines, I keep finding it more and more in my customer service calls which I need to make, even if I want to purchase a CD player over the phone. UGH!! What is our world coming to?
