Mutiny at Sea

Should traveller's on this cruise be refunded their full amount of the cruise,
due to the cruise line having mechanical difficulties? I'm thinking that due
to the high cost of this cruise, that the passengers should be allowed to
disembark at the next port and offered a complimentary trip on a similiar
cruise excursion in the future. They shouldn't be subjected to a lesser
quality experience, just because the cruise line is experiencing these
difficulties.
